Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself…

So I got to thinking… Earthquakes Tremors in NYC, along with Tornadoes, Hail Storms, Brooklyn itself smelling like it was burning, the Jets in first place, not to mention THIS…

means only one thing… Clearly the end is near… so what better time to start a personal blog recounting my time in Publishing and the Music Industry and also share anything of interest than now? Walk with me..

Spend any amount of time in NYC and you’ll be sure to run into aspiring actors, rappers, comics, singers, writers, directors, producers, label execs and so on and so on. Spend any amount of time chasing any of those dreams yourself and you’ll soon see that most people who also chase those dreams wont make it… not even close. You might even find that during your own pursuit you might not have what it takes or may have been chasing the wrong thing all along.

Something that must be admired however is someone willing to take the chance on a dream. We all have them, yet we all don’t take the plunge… for fear of failure, for lack of desire or maybe complacency is more appealing than struggling for what will most likely be a tremendous amount of work before you begin to see results.

I’ve met all kinds on my journey, was helped along the way, helped a few along the way and got some good stories and experiences to speak of because of it. There is no time like the present to start it up… this is just the introduction.

A very real and much needed voice for this ambitious yet bewildered generation, struggling to make sense of the incongruence between what we see on TV and what we see in the mirror.

Thanks for the compliment rflush… you seem to be a bit of a writer yourself.
